Shipping
Techno Glow ships to virtually any address in the world. We always strive to provide you with rapid and economical delivery of your orders. We have located our distribution center in Ennis, Texas. Our location offers an average delivery time of 2-7 days in the lower 48 states.
We take our turnaround time very seriously and strive to process and ship orders within 1 business day of receipt. We ship domestically and worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL. We can make special arrangements if your company requires the use of your account number or a different shipping agent (ex, FedEx). If you are experiencing any issues with placing your order, please contact us.
Tracking is available for shipments, but the tracking is limited for international shipments that are not priority or express. If you are outside the US, we recommend upgrading to priority USPS shipping or DHL for the best service. First-class mail shipping may take 1-3 weeks to Canada and 1-2 months for the rest of the world. Most first-class mail orders usually get delivered within Europe, Asia, and Australia within 14 days of placing the order. We are not responsible for duties and taxes. Most first-class mail orders get delivered within 2-4 business days of shipment throughout the lower 48 states of the USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on your items' availability and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders over 20 pounds will be shipped with USPS, UPS or DHL. The shipping rates for many of the items we sell are either a one-time flat fee or weight-based. The weight of each such item can be found on its detail page. Shipping companies' policies require all weights to be rounded up to the next full pound. Techno Glow is not responsible for late deliveries due to weather conditions or national emergencies.
Powders and paint are not subject to hazmat requirements and, therefore, can be sent to any country relatively inexpensively.
Important Express Service Information: Shipping services may be delayed or disrupted due to severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable circumstances. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and carriers won't provide refunds for late deliveries during active disruptions. If Techno Glow is at fault for any express service delays, such as overnight or two-day air, we will refund the shipping cost. If the delay is caused by the carrier for reasons other than uncontrollable conditions, we will assist in resolving the issue and provide a refund.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We provide shipping services to most countries worldwide. However, please note that we are unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cuba, Iran, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, North Korea, Russian Federation (due to conflict in the region), South Sudan, Sudan (due to conflict in the region), Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. Please note that this list is subject to change without prior notice.
What shipping options are available for Canada?
We offer a range of shipping options for deliveries to Canada, including USPS, UPS, and DHL.
As with all international orders, import customs duties, taxes, and any carrier clearance or brokerage fees are not included and must be paid by the importer.
Please note that UPS Standard shipments to Canada may require the importer to give UPS explicit approval to clear the package on their behalf. This is typically not required for UPS Express shipments.
Do you ship to Mexico?
We generally prefer not to ship to Mexico, as there can be many challenges with getting products cleared through Mexican customs.
For the best chance of successful delivery, it is essential to have a dedicated customs clearing agent in Mexico to ensure the smooth processing of your package. Without a dedicated clearing agent, there is a higher risk that the package may not clear customs or reach its destination successfully.
In certain cases, it may be advantageous to have your packages shipped to a freight forwarder or to friends in the US, allowing you to collect them from them. This alternative approach can provide a more reliable and convenient way to receive your shipments.
Do all your products offer worldwide shipping?
The majority of our products, including pigments, paints, and various other items, can be shipped worldwide. However, please note that there are a few exceptions, such as certain resin epoxies and aerosol cans. Please refer to the product descriptions for any specific limitations or restrictions.
What are the charges for international shipping?
The cost of international shipping is determined by the product's dimensions and weight. To obtain a shipping quote, simply add the desired products to your cart, and you will be able to view the available shipping options and their respective rates. As with all international orders, import customs duties, taxes, and any carrier clearance or brokerage fees are not included and must be paid by the importer.
What is the procedure if I don't receive my international order?
If you haven't received your international order within 90 days, we have two options. We can either reship a new order to you or provide a full refund.
It is crucial to remain vigilant and stay informed about any notices, emails, or phone calls you may receive from your country's import customs or carrier. This is particularly important to ensure that any applicable import fees are paid by you for the package's clearance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any neglect in this regard.
Returns
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 90 days of shipment for a full refund. We'll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex: incorrect or defective item). We guarantee our pigments and paint to be of the highest commercial grade quality available. We stand behind every product that we sell.
Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of Techno Glow's receipt of the return from the return shipper. We strive to make refunds more quickly. Refund processing includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
